Do I pay US import duty on small parcels?

Yes. De minimis is suspended for all countries since 29 Aug 2025 (E.O. 14324). CBP made the suspension indefinite for courier and other non-postal shipments from 24 Jun 2026 and for postal shipments from 24 Jul 2026. The statutory exemption ends on 1 Jul 2027.
